Our journey begins in the 5000-year-old kitchens of ancient China, crosses borders to the vibrant lanes of Tangra in Kolkata — India’s historic Chinatown — and finds its next chapter here in London.
We call our cuisine Retro-Chinese — a delicious revival of timeless recipes, smoky wok magic, and bold spices that once defined India’s original Chinese food culture. Think comforting chilli chicken, smoky noodles, vintage momos and nostalgic street eats — served with warm hospitality and a dash of storytelling.
